Telal Resort Al Ain

We only stayed here for one night, but it was extraordinary. A serene and peaceful oasis in the middle of the desert. Our two room villa right by the desert dunes was plush, comfortable and well appointed. Very spacious and modern bathrooms. The restaurant was excellent. A big and varied menu, but everything we had was delicious, especially the curries and biryani. Amazing breakfast buffet spread with both Western and Arab foods, fresh juices and very good coffee. A lot of fun activities to do such as archery and horse or camel rides. There is also a falconry school on property. The animals at the resort all appeared to be well cared for and the gazelles throughout are free to roam about. Every staff member we encountered, from the front desk, to the pool, to the activities, to the spa etc were all so kind, helpful and professional. Extra special thanks to Moaty, one of the managers, for his kindness and making sure our stay was beautiful and memorable. I very much hope I’m able to return someday.

Set in a beautiful remote location with sand dunes all around , this is the ideal place to take a break from the daily hustle. The hotel has multiple activities for family and kids. Food spread and taste was surprisingly much better than many places around town. Staff is friendly and available to help. If you’re looking for a staycation with family or friends or just a quiet spot to wind down , do look up this place. You won’t be disappointed.

The resort in general is one of the good options you might consider in Al Ain. Keep in mind this is a winter option. The place is quiet and located away from the noise of the city. Welcome experience was good. The service team did well ensuring all are happy. They got good list of activities for guests to try. GYM and changing room for spa need to look at. Lockers door locks are not working, New Towels inside lockers need to look at as many confirmed they are smelly and seems never changed after some time. Coffee and water inside rooms were not sufficient which required from us to keep calling and asking for the same from the service desk. Breakfast was good (open buffet). For dinner we ordered from the menu and the food was great. Prices were unreasonable and on the higher side.

The place is not worth to spend for 5* expectations resort . Pretty poor facilated. Yes the view and nature arround is magnificent, place is meditative and quiet. Small ghazals all around are very cute. But pool is very small, only one restaurant with basic menu and taste. Wi-Fi is veeeery poor, no nice outdoor seating. In my room was no hot water available due to winter time. Heritage furniture and decor not only looks but feels ancient:(( For one night maybe good enough

I don't even know where to begin with this hotel. Firstly I want to say this hotel is for people who like quietness, don't need alcohol and can be happy with just chilling. It was just beautiful from start to end, we stayed 3 nights and could have easily stayed longer. This is the first hotel I've ever actually felt sad to leave. It has an aura around it that feels like it heals you. Anxiety, depression and stress, If you feel any of these emotions, come here and you will leave feeling like a new person. I personally struggle with anxiety and not once did I feel it here, I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The view of the desert takes your breath away its calmness makes you feel at ease. The staff are amazing, so attentive, cant do enough for you. It's far away from the hustle and bustle, the pool area is quiet no loud music, perfect if you love to read and unwind. In the evening the pool has twinkling lights that gives it a bioluminescence feeling, this was one of my favourite parts. Not once did we need to drive our car, the staff are there when you need them. There are so many activities to keep you entertained and cute gazelles walking around the grounds. The food was lovely, probably just needs to be a little bit warmer at the breakfast buffet ( this is good criticism ) as I said I couldn't fault this place. I will definitely be back.
